My father and both grandfathers were contractors and builders. They put hammers, trowels, shovels and construction related tools in my hands and taught me how to use them. When you've built and remodeled homes you often find problems that others don't recognize.

The inspector was great! He was, early, energetic, friendly and came to the job with a positive attitude. It was very refreshing and helped our home buying nerves.Having used home inspectors in the past, you never know who or what you're going to get. This is definitely not the case here. This company has to be one of the most professionally run home service businesses I have ever come across. I had not heard of them prior to my agent referring the company, but I am glad she did. 
Jess was our inspector, and he was not only informative and knowledgeable, but one of the nicest people I have met. Genuine, straight forward, not beating around the bush and even showing how to properly maintain and become more efficient in the house. This was worth every penny of the price (best money you could ever pay for peace of mind) since this is a major investment and the last thing we wanted was surprises. WE TRAVEL NEAR AND FAR.

We travel to: King, Pierce, Snohomish and Island county. We also travel to the mountains for recreation homes.

We inspect single and multifamily homes of any age, size or condition.

INSPECTION REPORTS

We offer an onsite report and a digital report with photographs. Onsite reports are immediate and are great for pre-sales in multiple offer situations. Digital reports are emailed the following morning. We are always ready to answer questions about our findings. Buyers are encouraged to attend the inspection to learn as much as they can about the home. 

All inspections are performed according to the Washington State Standards of Practice.

We take Visa, Master Card, American Express, checks, cash, PayPal or we can invoice through Square.
